Relocation+ provides tailor-made relocation services. We work primarily in Zug, Zürich, Schwyz and Luzern. Do you only need to find a place to live? We can assist you. Do you only need integration services? Of course. Would you like to sell your property? Are you looking for a replacement tenant? We are there for you! You may pick and choose the services you need. Here is an overview of what we offer:
Orientation Tour
This is a very useful tour whereby our relocation consultant takes you on the road throughout the canton, shows you the different towns, the various sports facilities, hospitals, schools etc. , answers all of your questions and helps you to orientate yourself.
Home Search
After the orientation tour, you will have more of an idea where you and your family would like to live. Based on your criteria (budget, number of bedrooms, etc.), Relocation+ screens the property market and sets up a home search program for you. We pick you up at the place of your choice and accompany you to the property viewings. Our consultant asks relevant questions to the agency or person showing the property and informs you of the rental conditions. The filling in, submission and follow-up of the property application is done by us and we do our best to get you the property of your first choice. Once the property has been obtained, we explain to you in detail the rental contract, assist you with the opening of the rental deposit account, help fix the handover date, apply for the internet/TV/phone provider of your choice, register you with the relevant utilities etc. and accompany you to the property handover. Registration with the municipal/cantonal authorities is also a service we provide. Should you wish to sell or purchase a property, we also provide support with the search of a buyer respectively of a property and handle the modalities to finalise the sale resp. the purchase.
School/Daycare search
The daycare and school system is probably very different to what you are used to. Relocation+ assists you in making a choice of local, international or bilingual daycares and schools. Following your criteria, we identify the most appropriate system for your child and accompany you to the daycare/school visits. We also handle the daycare/school application, if required.
Integration services
Once you have moved into your new home, many questions may still arise. For example: when do I need to exchange my driver's license and what is the process? How is the waste and recycling organised? What support can be provided to my spouse? How do I get a bus or train ticket? Where is the best place to go shopping? Which language courses should I take? Etc. As these questions come up not all at once but over time, we offer a personalised one year Q&A service whereby you may ask all the questions you may have during this period. In our experience, after one year, most issues and questions have been resolved.
Departure services
If you wish to cancel your rental and other contracts and de-register because of a departure abroad, Relocation+ can help you stress-free. If you cancel your rental contract outside the regular notice period and need to find a replacement tenant, Relocation+ is there to help you find a suitable replacement tenant. We organise the end-cleaning, find the right moving company, ensure that your rental deposit is reimbursed and assist you at the handing back (exit inspection) of your property.
